Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Node.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Node.js development and be comfortable working with a variety of technologies including Python, microservices, RESTful APIs, and databases. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Node.js applications and services.
  • Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Integrate third-party libraries and APIs to enhance functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs promptly.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of applications.
  • Utilize version control tools such as Git to manage code versions and track changes.
  • Adhere to data security principles and ensure the protection of sensitive information.
  • Work with asynchronous development patterns and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Node.js development.
  • Some experience with Python is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of core JavaScript concepts.
  • Good experience with microservices and RESTful API development.
  • Proficient in integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Solid experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs.
  • Good knowledge of MongoDB and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Strong understanding of asynchronous development and data security principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud services and deployment (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies and frameworks.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Node.js development.
